AbstractOsaka City has the largest number of households receiving public assistance, and for low-income elderly people who need support and nursing care, care managers at home nursing support centers and comprehensive community support centers provide consultation and support regarding life at home, including adjusting the use of nursing care services. The purpose of this study is to clarify the relationship between the practice of care management by care managers who support low-income elderly people in Japan, support inside and outside the workplace, and support from comprehensive community support centers.Keywords: care management, low-income elderly people
